Our new online technology is so helpful and easy to use. Through our appointment confirmation system, appointment reminders can now be sent to your phone in a text message! From the home page of our website, enter the Patient Appointment and Accounts function to view appointment date and time, accounts, or to make online payments. Birthday wishes and appointment reminders are sent straight to your email. You may also notify our office of changes to address, insurance information and dentist information from your computer. All that is needed for activation is an email address; then you'll be able to use this 24-hour service at your convenience.
HouseCalls™
HouseCalls, a sophisticated software program, calls our patients to remind them of their appointments. HouseCalls is currently set to call two days in advance, giving you one full working day to make the necessary arrangements to be present for your appointment. We hope you like this system, as we realize every family is very busy and sometimes a reminder is just what you need!
OrthoCad
New software has provided us with digital study models. This amazing technology has measuring capabilities and various viewing options. The usual pre-treatment impressions are still taken, but instead of making plaster models, we convert the impressions into 3-dimensional computer images. This technology expands our digital capabilities, not only with enhanced measurement, but also with treatment projections.
Phone Message System
During normal working hours our staff will be available to answer all incoming calls. If for some reason we are unable to answer promptly, our automated voice mail system will answer. Please leave your message and we will return your call as soon as we are available. After hours emergencies that can't wait for normal business hours can be sent to the doctor. Please obtain instructions and the emergency pager number by calling our main office number. For other non-emergency calls, just leave your message on our internal voicemail system.

Comprehensive X-ray Diagnosis
i-CAT 3D imaging
Please do not take it for granted that all orthodontic offices are the same!
An important difference is that our office utilizes an i-CAT 3D x-ray machine, the most advanced digital imaging system. Technically, it is a cone beam computed tomography imaging machine that produces images like a CAT scan at a lower resolution and at a fraction of the radiation exposure...actually in the range of
1/100th of that of a CAT Scan. The i-CAT has the shortest scan times and lowest radiation of all comparable machines. In addition, we can obtain all of the different 2D x-ray views from a single 5-second scan which lowers the overall radiation dose from that of taking the various necessary x-rays on conventional 2D devices.
Our in-house lab provides us with the finest x-ray equipment with our new Kodak 8000 and our Panorex CMT machine. Our Kodak 8000 is one of the highest quality machines available, producing some of the finest images. Almost immediately upon taking the x-ray, the digital images are imported into the patient's chart for viewing. There is no film processing and no wait time. Our panoramic CMT offers unequaled techniques for monitoring jaw position within the jaw joint.
Our office radiography technology is simply the best available and we coninue to invest heavily in the technology utilized in our practice in all areas .

Our database is fully digital and computerized and completely networked thoughout the office, allowing us access to all appointment and account informantion, x-rays and photos for all patients from any computer.
